The Blu Butterfly Spa Journey is a guided ritual that takes place among saunas, infrared sauna, and Turkish bath, combined with specific treatments. Blu Butterfly is specially designed for individuals experiencing fatigue and swelling in the lower limbs.

Blu Butterfly includes the following phases:

  1. Customized osmotic exfoliating massage – 25 minutes
  2. Turkish bath: provides a natural and healthy action by stimulating perspiration. It promotes skin cleansing through the elimination of toxins and impurities. Rinse with the designated showerhead at the end – 10/15 minutes
  3. Cold contrast bath to instantly stimulate vasoconstriction in the microcirculation and immediately oxygenate the tissues
  4. Bio sauna: alternating heat and cold stimulates capillary dilation and contraction, improving elasticity and strengthening the immune system – 7/12 minutes
  5. Cool shower and rest on heated chaise longues
  6. Relax and breathe in the open air
