OPENING HOURS
We kindly inform our guests that the wellness center will be closed on Sundays starting from Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Starting from Monday, June 8, the wellness center’s evening closing time will be moved forward to 9:00 PM.
The Thursday evening “Bluday” will follow the schedule below:
from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Aufguss at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM).
WELLNESS CENTER
From Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

From Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Dal Lunedì al Venerdì 12-21
Saturday, Sunday and holidays 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
*Management reserves the right to modify opening hours for private spa bookings or special events.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We kindly ask our guests to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time in order to fill out the information form.
Any delay will not extend the duration of the treatment beyond the scheduled time.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations to treatments.
Late cancellations will result in a charge for the booked service.
In the case of gift vouchers, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the treatment; failure to do so will result in the voucher being considered used.
