CANCELLATION POLICY:
We kindly ask our guests to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time in order to fill out the information form.
Any delay will not extend the duration of the treatment beyond the scheduled time.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations to treatments.
Late cancellations will result in a charge for the booked service.
In the case of gift vouchers, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the treatment; failure to do so will result in the voucher being considered used.
